08.02.20 Glass Gem Popcorn

When I interviewed Brijette of the San Diego Seed Company, she offered me popcorn still attached to the kernel. It was this beautiful glass gem popcorn. Well, I grew some from seed and I was hoping to pop the one husk that didn’t dry out so that I could post a beautiful picture of it here but, it burned and smoked. Only one kernel popped. The one on the left is the one I grew. The photo on the right is what Brijette grew and shared with me.
