Hi, I'm Christine

I was raised by health conscious parents and have lived a fairly healthy life. But I still remember the moment something began to shift during perimenopause. My energy changed. My body felt different. And I had to pay attention in a way I hadn't before.

When I started eating a truly nutrient dense diet, prioritizing my sleep, and using movement to release stress rather than push through it, something remarkable happened. It felt like a light turned back on inside of me.

That feeling is what drives everything I do. I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Metabolic Balance Coach because I want every woman I work with to find her way back to her inner light.
