08.01.20 Some Kind of Cabbage

I did another deep cleanup of the garden yesterday and lo and behold, I found a small purplish-green cabbage hiding under the mass of unruly tomato vines. I chopped it up for my daily salad today, adding in some red Russian kale, lacinato kale, tomatoes, carrots, hemp seeds, olives, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and cumin.
