05.11.20 Compost Garlic

I’m such an amateur. You might remember that a few weeks back what I thought was garlic turned out to be leeks. Today, what I assumed were more bunching onions growing in the compost turned out to be garlic! Had I known, I would have let them mature all the way, but since they were out of the ground, they had to be used. I made mung beans with sautéed garlic, garlic shoots, celery stems and leaves, turmeric, cumin and paprika. Full confession, I could eat this everyday in quarantine.
