05.12.20 Red Onion

This is the beauty of a garden. I have no idea what to make for dinner but I walk outside and pick the last two red onions (and their seed balls to save for next year), two brandywine tomatoes, a handful of orange cherry tomatoes, 2 key limes and oregano. This will be the base for the wild snapper I am about to start thawing. I’ll add some garlic, paprika, cumin and turmeric. Then, I harvest the rest of the broccoli florets that are about to blossom for a side vegetable. Never a dull moment.
