12.14.20 Orange Blossom Juice

You have to hand it to the orange tree: it is always in production. While it’s ripening oranges to be picked these days, it’s also bursting with blossoms that will become fruit a full year from now. I blended the two, using some of the orange blossom water I made yesterday and the juice of a ripe orange I picked today. It smells like spring in the middle of winter and it tastes even better.
