12.13.20 Orange Blossom Water

Orange blossom water is traditionally made from distilling the flowers of bitter oranges. While our oranges are anything but bitter, their blossoms are at their peak of arresting aroma, making them the most visited blossom of the yard by the hummingbirds and bees. Not to be left out, I thought I would let some rest in water for a few days to see what we get.
