12.05.20 Lemon Dill Caper Sauce
This versatile sauce from Mark Sisson is a pleasantly pungent topper for rock fish. And, it’s so easy to make: 1/4 cup drained capers, 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice from one lemon, salt and pepper. Put all of this in a sealed jar and shake. It was that easy!
