11.22.20 Daily Salad

I can’t say enough about the Daily Salad. As time goes on, I rely more and more on certain daily habits that reduce decision fatigue, and in the long term, offer freedom through better health and enjoyment. My guy made this salad for me today. It features some new fall greens in the garden; purple mustard, spearmint, celery leaves, various kinds of kale and sweet basil. From the kitchen he added; radish, carrot, bell pepper, avocado, walnuts, pepitas, hemp seeds, cumin, salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
