10.16.20 Three of Seven Ways to Eat Persimmons: Persimmon Chia Pudding

Even as a kid, I have never really liked pudding. There is something about the texture that doesn’t quite agree. But, Chia Pudding with fresh persimmons makes a believer out of me. I took inspiration from Blissful Basil with several changes. There was no need for maple syrup in the pudding, the persimmons are plenty sweet, and I added nutmeg instead of cardamon. The exquisite flavor matches the beautiful presentation.
