10.13.20 Two of Seven Ways to Eat Persimmons: Daily Salad

Here is today’s daily salad. I contrasted the bitter greens with slices of persimmon, radish, macadamia nuts and a few thin slices of manchego cheese. Just my usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt to finish. Never underestimate the power of a daily salad.
