09.09.20 Stuffed Bell Peppers

I can’t seem to get enough of stuffing things these days so I went to town with the five bell peppers that ripened together. I know nothing about stuffed bell peppers so I used this recipe from Feast and Farm. The only changes were that I used less tomato sauce, more onion, no rice and an addition of one green olive per pepper because I knew it would make the photo. They also tasted delicious.
