08.11.20 Pumpkin Curry Masala

I made another delicious pumpkin curry by mostly following this recipe at A Saucy Kitchen. We liked this one even better than the one I posted a couple of weeks ago. I doubled the recipe to take half of it to Sequoia on our upcoming camping trip, where it is sure to taste like heaven.
