06.03.20 Mulberry Jam

Just a typical day of mulberry harvesting. Rather than eating them straight off the tree, Sabrina and I showed some patience and made jam. We removed the stems, blended the mulberries and added 2 tbsp of water (which in hindsight doesn’t seem necessary). We cooked it for about 10 minutes, bringing it to a boil first and then setting it to simmer with a stir here and there. That’s right, no sugar.
