03.16.20 Romaine Lettuce
No school for the foreseeable future so Sabrina and I made a salad of romaine lettuce for lunch today. She took charge of the dressing with 2 parts olive oil and 1 part lime juice, 1/2 tsp of dijon mustard, salt and pepper. She added in a squeeze of orange juice to round it out. Besides the pepper, tomatoes and cucumber, we added hemp hearts and pecans.
