01.30.20 Artichoke — Christine Foerster

Isn’t she a beauty? Definitely the reining queen of the vegetable plot these days. Such carriage, such strong energy, and she is bearing cute and tasty artichokes. We tried the first of the crop today. I steamed it for 30 minutes and we shared it 3-ways with a lemon and olive oil dip on the side.
