03.11.20 Dill from San Diego Seed Company

I grow and eat a lot of herbs but, dill is not one of them. However, that all changed when I tried some at the San Diego Seed Company farm; I am hooked. Brijette send me home with a generous bunch and I made the most delicious wild pacific snapper this evening.

Dill Snapper:

  1. Salt and pepper snapper (1.5 lbs).

  2. Sauté 6 cloves garlic in avocado oil for 30 seconds.

  3. Add fish, chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cumin and 1 tsp salt.

  4. Add 1/4 cup broth or white wine and cover for 4 minutes.

  5. Turn fish over and top with dill and squeezed lime juice. Cook another 2 minutes.
