11.15.20 Meyer's Lemon

Citrus is in the air. Here is our first Meyers lemon of fall. With its zest and juice, I made a garlic-lemon sauce for a baked salmon, adding in some fresh oregano, paprika and avocado oil. After baking it in wrapped parchment paper for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, I finished it with a drizzle of olive oil.
