11.12.20 Chive-Thyme Gratin

I adore the New York Times, In addition to keeping me sane since the 2016 election, I get many great recipes from the cooking section. This week there was a recipe for a Cauliflower Gratin with fresh chives and thyme that caught my eye. I did not alter a thing from the recipe, it is fantastic just as it is.
