11.08.20 Pumpkin Seeds: Roasted Herbs de Provence

The roasted pumpkin seeds were such a hit, that I did another batch but this time with herbs de provence. Mix raw pumpkin seeds with thyme, basil, rosemary, tarragon, savory, marjoram, oregano, salt, finely grated parmesan cheese and avocado oil. Bake for 35 minutes at 300 degrees. Then, sit back and rejoice my friends.
