11.06.20 Pumpkin Seeds: Roasted Pizza

While the pumpkins did not survive Halloween carving and many lighted candles, we did salvage a large amount of seeds. Today, I roasted a third of them with pizza-ish seasonings; dried basil, oregano, rosemary parsley, red chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, finely grated parmesan cheese and avocado oil. Roast at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. With all the excitement in the air and hope rising, this is a pleasant snack as we ponder where we are going.
