09.29.20 Golden Cayenne Pepper

There may only be four but I am proud of this small batch of cayenne. I wanted to make a fresh hot sauce but I didn’t have quite enough hot pepper so I added a green bell pepper from the garden too. I cooked both with 6 cloves of garlic, a tsp of salt and about a 1/2 cup of white vinegar for 20 minutes and then blended it. It will knock your socks off.
