08.31.20 Fennel Seed Saving

After my latest cooking venture with fennel, I am keen on saving every last one of the seeds for next season. I let one of my plants to bolt and waited for the tiny yellow flowers to begin to dry on the plant before cutting the stalk. Next, I’ll let them dry completely in a paper bag for 2 weeks before saving the little seeds for the next planting.
