08.12.20 Seven of Ten Ways to Eat Figs: Mostly Mint and Fig Salad

It’s quite feat to harvest enough salad greens these days due to the dry and hot weather. But, if I cast a wide enough net, I can usually gather enough for a couple of salads. Today I collected mostly mint with a little arugula, tat-soi, radish leaves and yellow hue tomatoes (because they look so pretty next to the figs). I used the usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to season.
