07.25.20 Strawberry Guava Salsa

The mother lode of strawberry guavas and tomatoes is upon us, and, salsa is a good answer. Today I tossed together quartered strawberry guavas, tomatoes, diced red onion, dill, lime juice, cayenne pepper and salt. I will be making this all week.
