07.22.20 And, she's back (artichoke)

I thought we were done. I even tried to dig out the giant with my shovel after harvesting the 50 + artichokes this spring. She wouldn’t budge and I just put it off for another day. Well, here she is again with a perfect artichoke and two more on their way. Since I only had one, I baked her in a toaster oven, on top of sliced lemon and garlic cloves, with a little drizzle of avocado oil and salt, covered with aluminum foil at 375 for 55 minutes.
