07.04.20 Baked Plums
Sorry Elena, we were two weeks too early on that camping trip. Now the plums are falling faster than we can eat them. What to do but try out a few ideas. Today I made baked plums. I halved about 8 without the pits and mixed in the juice of one lemon, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 5 drops of monkfruit. Then I baked them for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
