06.28.20 Watermelon Radish (fully grown)
Remember those watermelon radishes? Well, let me tell you that they are exquisite when left alone long enough to turn both entirely fuschia on the inside and exceptionally large. I had given up on them, thinking that they would just get spicier and tougher with time, but instead, they became more delicate in flavor. They are now, hands down, my all time favorite radish.
