06.13.20 Thyme Mulberry Smoothie
That blackberry peppermint smoothie I made the other day was so delicious I decided to try a new variation with thyme (got lots of it these days) and mulberries (lots of those too). Today, I blended a handful of mulberries, a 1/4 tsp of fresh thyme, 1 1/2 cups of walnut milk, 1 tsp of lion’s mane mushroom powder, 3 drops of monk fruit and two ice cubes. Then, I sat back and tuned up my immune system with each delightful sip.
