05.23.20 Sabrina's Parsley Pasta

It’s a fine Saturday when your 10 year old makes dinner for everyone. She did her own variation of a favorite Italian dish, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio which featured the parsley from our garden. As I understood it, she sautéed about 8 minced cloves of garlic in olive for 30 seconds. Then she stirred this into cooked spagetti with 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 3/4 cup of parsley, and 1 tsp of salt. Serve with shaved parmesan.
