05.07.20 Watermelon Radish

The watermelon radish is utterly underwhelming at first glance. Then, you slice it open and it holds worlds of color on the inside. Even if you don’t like it’s spicy bite, sliced thinly and sprinkled with salt, olive oil and lemon, it’s very tasty. This radish will be going on our salads for weeks to come.
