05.02.20 Head of Cabbage

Girl, I feel accomplished. I grew a head of cabbage. Actually, there are two more still to growing in the garden. To celebrate my girls made Poki Bowls for dinner. Here’s what they did:

  1. Head of cabbage chopped with squeeze of lime and sprinkle of salt.

  2. Rice (they used a mixed heirloom variety)

  3. Sautéed shrimp and chicken

  4. Sliced avocado

  5. Toasted sesame seeds

  6. Chopped carrots, radish, scallions and cucumber.

  7. Sides of coco aminos and sesame oil
