04.27.20 Broccoli Leaves and Florets

This broccoli plant could easily be overlooked or dug up. It’s barely producing any florets and the bugs have munched up quite a bit of the older leaves. However, there is a small but delicious amount of tender, bugless leaves and florets worthy of harvest and a quick sauté. Minced garlic, olive oil on medium for 4 minutes and topped with sesame seeds.
