04.24.20 Borage

Restorative to the adrenal glands, anti-inflammatory to the lungs, at least this is what the internet says. What I can say for certain is that the borage plant has gorgeous iridescent blue flowers, and that is enough of a reason to have one on your patio. I got this little plant from Christine at the Oceanside Crop Swap back in January when things were normal and we could go places, meet new people and exchange things. I have watched her grow as a little start and then recently transplanted her to a bigger pot. Today, she finally had enough flowers and leaves to harvest for some tea.
