04.09.20 Sabrina's Rainy Day Celery Leaf and Almond Butter Cookies
Girl, this cookie does it all. She cut the grains and sugar, hiked up the good fats and veggies, and it tastes delicious.
Mix:
1 cup finely chopped celery leaves
1 cup almond butter
1 egg
1/3 cup of Monkfruit sweetner (or any equivalent)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda.
Shape into cookies and place on parchment paper. Cook for 16 -20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sabrina cooked them in a toaster oven.
