03.26.20 Loquats

Maybe it’s all the staying in place or the massive plumbing project that has taken over half of our house in the middle of COVID-19, but I acted hasty in my slight desperation to post something new today. I’ve had my eye on my neighbors’ loquat tree for some time now and was hoping to find a few ripe ones. Although these have a nice sun kissed-ness to them, they are still on the green side and not too tasty, so I will give these a second run soon when they are bright orange.
