03.23.20 Graviola
It’s late and it’s been a long day, but the garden always has something for you. Today it was the velvety leaves of our cherimoya tree called graviola. When boiled for 30 minutes they make soursop tea, which I just learned is popular in India and in the Andes because it is believed to cure cancer. Of course, take everything with a grain of salt; in this case, we took it with a squeeze of lemon and 2 drops of monk fruit.
