03.07.20 Red Russian Kale

We have about 5 varieties of kale growing in our vegetable plot and quite honestly the Red Russian has been ignored lately. So, today I made her the star of a quick sauté of sliced bunching onion, paprika, chili pepper flakes, avocado oil and salt.
