02.21.20 Stinging Nettle Take Two

@rachellambertwildfoodforaging called my bluff. The bad news is that my post from 02.10.20 was not about stinging nettle. The good news is that I did not inadvertently poison my family, and the pesto I made that day was truly fabulous. I still don’t know what that plant is because my neighbor removed all of the “weeds” from his front yard. Since then, I have been trying to find true stinging nettle and I believe I finally did today behind the park. In the sincere interest of really knowing my pestos and in presenting you with the best information that I can, I made Stinging Nettle Pesto again. I followed the same recipe which can be found here and it is equally delicious.
