Hi, I'm Christine
I am passionate about health because I believe it is the single most important thing we can do to create our best life, one that fulfills our dreams and cultivates loving relationships while feeling great all around. I grew up immersed in the crunchy, low-fat health craze of the 1970s and 1980s, watching my dad make health and lifestyle educational movies. I was the kid who brought beansprout and spinach sandwiches to school and trained for family vacations that rotated between bike touring, sailing and backpacking. Through the years I have seen how confusing nutritional advice can be. What I know is that good health is based on simple principles: eat a wide variety of nutrient-dense whole foods, get regular movement, prioritize good sleep hygiene and practice calming your nervous system. As your coach, I will work with you one on one to develop a highly personalized and holistic plan for foundational health so that you will feel your best and aspire to create whatever it is you want in your life.
