Hi, I'm Christine

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Metabolic Balance Coach who helps women the menopausal transition reclaim their natural body weight, energy and hormonal balance. I am passionate about health because I believe it is the single most important thing we can do to create our best life, one that fulfills our dreams and cultivates loving relationships while feeling great all around. 

As your coach, I will work with you one on one to develop a highly personalized and holistic plan for foundational health and a nutritional plan based on your bloodwork. We will focus on root-cause healing so that you will feel your best and aspire to create whatever it is you want in your life.
